Any type of electronic data transmission is performed over an encrypted connection. For this reason, we have chosen to partner with Memsource to offer our clients the possibility of working in a safe and password-protected cloud-base environment.

Accreditations

Memsource has been certified for ISO 27001 which proves that the information security management system which we have introduced conforms to the ISO standard. The Memsource Cloud application has also been audited by an independent security consultancy following the OWASP ASVS standard.

Data Privacy

Data uploaded to Memsource Cloud is 100% private. It is reserved only for you and your organization’s users, for whom you create profiles and provide access to the data.
The privacy of your data is guaranteed through technical means as well as by Memsource Cloud’s Terms of Service.

Data Protection

The data in your Memsource Cloud account is protected. Only users to whom you have granted the appropriate user rights may access your content. Instead of emailing the data, users access your data upon authenticating them in Memsource Cloud. All user actions are logged by Memsource Technologies.

Encrypted Communication

The connection to Memsource Cloud is encrypted using the latest security standards. The connection uses TLS 1.2 and is encrypted using AES_128_GCM and implements ECDHE_RSA as the key exchange mechanism. The identity of the connection to Memsource Cloud is verified by a secure certification authority.

Technology

Memsource deploys the latest internet technologies to provide maximum security to Memsource Cloud users. Memsource stores user data in a highly-secured location, has an advanced firewall and additional security technology to prevent unauthorized access to user data.

Redundancy and Backups

Redundant architecture ensures high service up-time. All data is backed up through near real-time incremental backups as well as daily full backups to a geographically remote location.
